A global cosmetics company has asked Collinear to redesign their Demand Planning and Supply Planning Processes while implementing a new supply chain planning software. To date, planning has been accomplished using brute force and spreadsheets with back of the envelope estimations and data that is not always accurate or complete. The goal is to have a technology enabled planning processes that improve visibility and accuracy while optimizing inventory levels and reducing workload.
