Members of the Collinear Alliance have recently been engaged by a leading retailer to provide guidance on a multi-site distribution systems rollout.  Experiencing explosive growth in their direct-to-consumer distribution channel and faced with increasing shipping charges, our client needed to develop a distribution systems template that could be rolled out quickly to new sites.  As part of the initial implementation, we will design the template and rapidly go-live with 3 initial sites.  The project has a significant focus on super user training to enable the client to roll-out additional sites in the future with minimal involvement from the Collinear Alliance.
